Organizations that are faith-based are eligible, on the same basis as any other organization, to participate in the Legal Services for Homeless Veterans and Veterans At-Risk for Homelessness Grant Program under this part in accordance with 38 CFR part 50. \[89 FR 89501, Nov. 13, 2024\]
